参芪冲剂对晚期恶性肿瘤病人免疫功能的临床观察

EFFECTS OF SENG-QI CHONG JI ON PROMOTING IMMUNILY IN PATIENTS WITH LATE MALIGNANT TNMOR:AN OBSERVATION OF 30 CASES

通过30例前瞻性临床试验证明:肿瘤病人服用参芪冲剂(10g/袋),1次/d,用药30天后巨噬细胞吞噬功能和迟发超敏反应有显著提高,E-玫瑰花环形成试验也有一定改善。参芪冲剂副作用轻微,临床上可作为肿瘤患者的生物反应调节剂。

The clinical effects of Seng-Oi Chong Ji a Chinese medicine in powder preparation extracted from medicinal herbs of Radix Ginseng and Astragalue membranaceus on promoting the immunity of patients with late malignant tumor were clinically observed in 30 cases.The results showed that after 30 days′administration(10g once per day taken orally in boiling water dilution),the phagocytosis of macrophage was markedly increased,the hypersensitivity reaction delayed and the E-rosette formation improved.This agent,being mild in side-effects,is beneficial for patients with malignant tumor in modulating biologic reactions.
