通过研究地方高校教育创新问题,提出地方高校教育创新的基本途径:以社会需求为导向,完善优化学科设置的遴选机制;以"铸师魄、强师能"为主题,建设一支德教双馨的师资队伍;以加强创新精神和实践能力培养为着力点,改革人才培养模式;以创新为动力,推进学校教育教学管理体制改革;以信息化为核心,大力提高教育的现代化水平;以加强党的执政能力为重点,全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程。

Through researching the problems of educational innovations for local colleges,the article puts forwards basic ways of educational innovations:taking social need as the direction,to perfect and optimize the optional mechanism of subject offered;taking'founding teachers'spirit and strengthening teaching ability'as the theme, to construct a teacher team qualified both moral and education;strengthening the train of innovative spirit and practical ability as effective point,to reform the mode of personnel training;taking innovation as the motivation,to push on the reform of educational and teaching administrative system;taking informatization as the nucleus, to raise the level of educational modernization;taking Party's political ability as the key,to push overall on a new great project of Pary's construction.
