摘要
通过对办学特色的内涵、特征和培育办学特色的重要意义的阐述,提出培育办学特色是新建地方性师院———泉州师院实现跨越式发展的基础,并对如何确定泉州师院的办学特色进行科学的论证,对泉州师院如何培育办学特色提出了具体的措施。
On the bases of elaboration over the connotation of school running characteristics, identifications and the importance of cultivating school running characteristics, the article puts forward the idea that cultivating the school running characteristics lays a foundation for the leaping development of the newly-built local undergraduate normal university-Quanzhou Normal University, and argues scientifically on how to define the school running characteristics of Quanzhou Normal University. Some detailed measures are made on how to cultivate the school running characteristics of Quanzhou Normal University.
