Learning,carrying out and practising the important ideas of'Three Representatives'are our primary task in all works at present.The article considers that human overall development is the internal requirement and the standing point of the ideas of'Three Representatives',to practise'Three Representatives'must insist on'Man the First'that everything serves the people,fully arousing the activity and creativity of the masses,raising human quality,realizing the construction of a well-off society and completing the change from a large population country into a large human resources country.
