摘要
外语"反思性教学"是外语教师对自己教学实践的思考、分析和评价,是促进外语教师自身发展,不断超越自我的可行途径。作为一种新的教学理念,它越来越受到广大外语教师的重视。本文浅谈了对"反思性教学"概念的理解,并分析了在外语教学中实施"反思性教学"的内在条件和外部环境及存在的困难。
Reflective teaching , a process of reflecting , analyzing and evaluating one's own teaching practice, is a workable approach for foreign language teachers to realize self-development and self- surpassing. As a new idea , it has been paid more and more attention in educational circle. This paper has a brief discussion on the concept of reflective teaching,and then it analyzes both the internal and external factors , as well as some obstacles to bring it into effect.
