Evaluation and the Latest Headway of Transnational Corporations' FDI Theories

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,全球跨国公司的经营活动出现新的特征,传统的西方主流理论已无法或难以做出科学充分的解释,一些非主流理论获得长足发展,且重要性日显突出.文章对20世纪80年代以来跨国公司对外直接投资理论进行了初步梳理与简要评述,以期对我国企业的对外投资活动具有一定的理论指导意义. Since 1980s', some new characteristics of transnational corporations' FDI have appeared, which cannot be explained by traditional mainstream theories of the west economics, but some branch theories make rapid progress in the scope and depth.The paper hackles and evaluates the latest headway of FDI theories in order to guide the further development of Chinese enterprises' FDI.
