摘要
就中小学体育教师继续教育效果对582名体育教师进行了调查研究,旨在探索新世纪中小学体育继续教育的优化与整合.研究表明:中小学体育教师继续教育虽然取得了一定的成效,但总体效果不甚理想;继续教育体制不完善,培训模式单一,课程内容针对性不强是其主要因素;学校体育的地位在理论和实践上的反差,学校领导的观念滞后,培训经费不足,自身要求和认识局限性是影响体育教师积极参与继续教育的主要原因.
Investigating 582 PE teachers into the effects of continual education for middle and primary schools'PE teachers,the aim is to research the optimization and integration of continual education for middle and primary schools' PE in new century.The research shows:it has gained some achievements,but whole effect is not ideal;imperfect system of continual education,simple training mode and confused contents of the courses are main factors;the difference between theoretical and practical position of PE,sluggish idea of schools' leaders,shortage of training funds,limited knowledge and self-request are main causes for influencing the PE teachers' activity taking part in continual education.
