摘要
51例高血压病患者,用压于定治疗8周,剂量大多为60mg,2次/d,降压总有效率74.5%,患者一般耐受良好,不良反应有:头晕、心悸、失眠、恶心、乏力等。
Urapitil can block postsynaptic α_1-adrenoceptors in periphenal vessels and stimulate α_2-adrenoceptors in central nerve system.Ebrantil,slow release capsule of urapitil,was given for 8 weeks treatment in 51 patients with essential hypertersion.The proper ntihypertentive dose of ebrantil was 60mg bid for most cases.The total clinical efficacy rate of urapitil was 74.5%.Ebrantil can be tolerated well and the common adverse effects include dizziness,palpitation,insomnia,nausea,fatique ect.
