摘要
液压AGC是现代宽带钢冷连轧机组几何尺寸精度控制的关键装备之一。以一米七冷连轧机组液压AGC为研究对象 ,建立了液压压下系统数学模型 ,分析了系统的时域和频域特性 ,研究了系统各主要因素对动态特性的影响 ,并分析了该轧机液压AGC系统改进措施的作用。
Hydraulic AGC system is one of the key equipment for strip geometrical size control of modern tandem cold rolling mill. Time domain and frequency domain characteristics of hydraulic gap control system are presented based on the developed mathematical model of the system in 1700mm tandem cold rolling mill. The effect of various main factors on the dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, especially revamped solutions of 1700mm tandem cold rolling mill.
