轧机复合衬板工作层材料热处理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了热处理工艺对钢管连轧机架耐磨复合衬板工作层材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,淬火温度低于 90 0℃时 ,硬度随淬火温度升高而升高 ,高于 90 0℃时 ,硬度反而下降。淬火温度低于 92 0℃时 ,温度对冲击韧性影响不明显 ,淬火温度高于 92 0℃时 ,冲击韧性略有下降。回火温度高于 45 0℃时 ,硬度明显降低。随着回火温度升高 ,冲击韧性和断裂韧性提高。回火温度高于 40 0℃时 ,延伸率和断面收缩率大幅度提高。3 5 0℃回火后耐磨性达到最大值。耐磨复合衬板工作层材料的最优热处理工艺为 :90 0~ 92 0℃淬火 +3 5 0~ 3 70℃回火。 The effects of heat treatment technology on the properties of working layer material of hot continuous steel pipe rolling mill wear resistant compound liner are researched. The results show that while quenching temperature is lower than 900℃, the hardness increases as the increase of quenching temperature, and while quenching temperature is higher than 900℃, the hardness decreases as the increase of quenching temperature. As quenching temperature is lower than 920℃, the effect of quenching temperature on the impact toughness is not obvious. Quenching temperature is higher than 920℃, impact toughness decreases as the increase of quenching temperature. While temper temperature is higher than 450℃, the hardness begins to decrease obviously. Tempering at 350℃, the highest resistant to wear is obtained. The heat treatment technology of working layer material is quenching at 900~920℃ and temper at 350~370℃.
