摘要
三峡梯调计算机监控系统按照梯级各电站联合调度、统一对外、无人值班(少人值守)的原则进行设计。文中介绍了三峡梯调计算机监控系统的“系统平台引进、国内合作开发”的建设模式,并对系统的结构、功能及特点进行了较为详细的描述。
Three Gorges SCADA system is provided by ABB and China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), ABB supplying the SPIDER platform and IWHR the applied software. This paper introduces the joint mode of the two parts, and describes the configuration, main functions and the characteristics of the system.
