高血压性心脏病的治疗进展

ADVANCES IN THE TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSIVE HEART DISEASE

高血压性左室肥大(LVH)可引起心肌顺应性下降、心肌结构和冠脉灌注改变。LVH的逆转是降低心血管发病率和死亡率的重要措施之一。本文就近年来对高血压性心脏病的药物治疗进展作一概述。

Heart damage is one of the most serious complications of hypertension.Reduction in myocardial compliance and changes in coronary perfusion may be associated with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)induced by hypertension. Pharmacological regression of LVH is an important measure to reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseaes.The recent advances in the pathophysiology, treatment and drug therapy of hypertensive heart disease are reviewed.
