摘要
生长抑放素(SST)及其同系物善得定(SMS)抑制胃肠道内外分泌,减少内脏血量。用于治疗各型胰腺炎、胰腺瘘管、肠瘘、肝硬化食道-胃底曲张静脉出血、胃肠出血和各型严重腹泻等。
Somatostatin(SST)and its analogue SMS 201-995(SMS)inhibit intrin-sic as well as extrinsic secretins of the gut variceal blood flow.It can be used in the treatment of various type pancreatitis,pancreatic fistula,enterocutaneous fistula,variceal blooding in cirrhotics,gastrointestinal hemorrhage and various sereious diarrhea.
