摘要
30例海洛因成瘾者,分组采用试验药物盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)和标准对照药美沙酮脱瘾治疗,考察两组的脱瘾效能。脱瘾期间,两组受试者的戒断症状呈相同速率逐日递减,提示DHE具有与美沙酮相似的解除海洛因戒断症状的效能。
22 cases of heroin addicts were treated with dihydroetophine hydrochloride,a home made new analgesic,to assess its efficacy of detoxification in comparision with 8 cases of methadone as control group.Results of the present trial revealed that DHE relieved opiate absti-nence symptoms consecutively as the efficacy of methadone when scored with Withdrawal Symp-tom Rating Scale(WSRS)designed by the authors.
