摘要
本文研究了一种超细TiCN金属陶瓷的制备工艺。研制出平均晶粒度小于 0 .5 μm的超细金属陶瓷 ,其硬度达 93HRA ,横向断裂强度为 174 0MPa 。
The preparation process of a kind of superfine TiCN cermet was investigated. The prepared superfine cermet has perfect cutting performance with as average grain size being less than 0.5μm, TRS of 1740MPa and hardness of 93HRA.
