新型氟喹诺酮类药物具有较佳的药动学特性。口服或胃肠外给药后可较易透入支气管分泌物和肺组织。
The pharmacokinetic properties of the new fluoroquinolones are favorable.After both oral and parenteral administration,these drugs penetratereadily into bronchial secretions and lung tissue.Data from clinical studies confirmed the efficacy of the new fluoroquinolones in the treatment of lower respirtaory tract infections caused by common gram—negative pathogens.
