醋柳愈酯治疗呼吸道疾患223例的观察

STUDY ON THE ANTIINFECTIONS AND ANALGETIC EFFECTSOF GUACETISAL

以双盲法观察了呱西替柳(醋柳愈酯)胶囊对上呼吸道感染、急性和慢性支气管炎124例的治疗效果。口服500mg/次,3次/d,对照组99例口服含有必嗽平16mg阿斯匹林300mg的胶囊,3次/d。临床未见有严重的毒副作用。

Each of Guacetisal capsules containing 500mg was given orally thrice per day to 124 cases of upper respiratory infection and acute as well as chronic Bronchitis by the double blind me(?)hod.At the same time,in the control group each capsule containing16 mg of Bromhexine Hcl and 300mg of Aspirin was given orally three times a day to 99 cases of the similar diseases as in the experiment group above.It was found that the efficacy of Guacetisal was superior to that of Bromhexine and Aspirin in relieving headache,obstruction of nostriles and sneezing statistically.No remarkable side reaction of Guacetisal was observed.
