摘要
口服沐舒痰(盐酸氨溴索)3次/d,30mg/次,共服3周,对慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张及矽肺共63例进行治疗。未给其他镇咳、祛痰剂。除治疗开始前和疗程开始时一直服用同一种抗生素外,中途未服用任何抗生素。观察结果表明,痰量减少中度以上者有45/63例(71.4%),咳嗽减轻达中度以上者有59/63(93.7%)例。对沐舒痰总疗效评价在中等以上者达82.6%,该药无副作用。
Mucosolvan,Ambroxol hydrochlorid,was given 30 mg orally tid for three weeks to patients of chronic bronchitis,bronchiectasis and pneumoconiosis (63 cases).No another expectorant or antibiotic was given.The amount of the spu-tum decreased more than moderately in 45/63(71.4%)of them and the cough improved more than moderately in 59/63(93.7%%).The total effectiveness of the Mucosolvan jadged by clinicians was 82.6%.No side effect was observed.
