摘要 探索了大蒜的抗氧化特性 ,并提供证据说明其可能预防和延缓与老年有关的慢性疾病。 This review provides an insight into garlic's antioxidant properties,and presents evidence that it may either prevent or delay chronic diseases associated with aging.
