摘要 简要介绍了硅酸钾镧(LGS)压电晶体及其性能,从理论上分析了其X切、Y切和Z切的声表面波(SAW)特性,证实了LGS具有机电耦合系数高且存在能流角和温度延时系数为零的切向等优点。同时也验证了分析理论的正确性,为进一步研究其高温特性和优化切向奠定了可靠的理论基础。 The new piezoelectric crystal of LGS and it's characteristics are introduced simply in this paper, and the SAW properties of X -cuts, Y -cuts and Z -cuts of LGS are analyzed from theory, the results approved that LGS is a material with high electromechanical coupling factor and cuts of zero PFA and TCD. In addition, the correctness of the analytic theory was validated also, this provide a reliable basis for the further research of high temperature properties and optimal cuts of LGS.
