雅伴片治疗脑血管病所致精神情感障碍的临床疗效

THE THERAPEUTIC EFFICACY OF AVAN TABLET IN TREATMENT OF CEREBRAL VASCULAR DEMENTIA

用雅伴片(AVAN)治疗50例脑血管病所致精神、情感障碍,剂量30—60mg/次,3次/d,2个月为一疗程。能明显改善恐惧、易激动、多疑、痴呆、神情谈漠、焦虑、抑郁等症状,疗效分别为100%、89%、89%、70%、61%、65%、62.5%等。在有8例脑血流图前后可对照的资料中提示该药能减轻治疗前已增高的脑血管的紧张度,使其波幅趋向平衡(P<0.01),对脑缺血有保护作用,提示AVAN似能降低血小板聚集率。未发现有明显的副反应。为一安全有效的药物。

50 patients of cerebral Vascular dementia were treated with AVAN tablet30～60mg tid for 2 months.The symptoms of excitable,doubtful,dull and slow- Witted,apathy,anxiety,and depression were significantly improved to a level of 100%, 89%,89%,70%,61%,65% and 62.5% respectively.From this study it is suggested that the platelet aggregation rate could be decreased by the drug and no significant adverse reaction was observed.
