摘要
选用分属于青霉素类、头孢菌素、氨基糖苷类、酰氨醇类、大环内脂类和抗分枝杆菌类等6类抗生素中的 7个抗生素品种 ,对从不同类型土壤中分离纯化的 9株固氮、解磷钾菌株进行抗药试验 ,发现不同菌株对不同抗生素的抗性存在显著差异 ,找出了各菌株敏感抗生素的品种及敏感浓度 ,以便从抗生素的角度筛选融合子检出用培养基。
The experiment for the protogenic resistance to antibiotics of 9 kinds of nitrogen-fixing bacteria phosphobacteria and silicate bacteria separated and purified from soils in Henan province was conducted with 7 varieties of antibiotics,which is belong to penicillins,cephalosporins aminoglycoside,amidomycins, macrolide and antimycobacterial antibiotics.The results indicated that the resistance to different kinds of antibiotics had significantly difference among the supplied strains.The varieties of antibiotic sensitized by the different kinds of strain and their sensitive concentration were defined.These results were conducive to the selection of special medium for cell fusion of the supplied strains.
