摘要
从河南省不同土类中利用Ashby培养基分离纯化出发菌 1 3株 ,分别接种于无机磷培养基、硅酸盐培养基和牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基上 ,通过观察菌株在不同培养基上的菌落色泽、形状、是否产气导致培养基开裂、在无机磷培养基上有无透明圈等现象 ,找出每个菌株不同于其他菌株的典型特征 ,从而确认供试菌株为不同的菌株 ,这是对菌株进行深入研究前必须进行的基础性工作 ,目的是为了避免在后续研究中出现针对相同菌株的重复性工作。
The 13 kinds of nitrogen-fixing bacteria,separated and purified by Ashby medium from the different kinds of soils in Henan province,were inoculated respectively on the culture media with inorganic phosphate,silicate or beaf peptone.These nitrogen-fixing bacteria could be preliminary classified by the differences of colonial morphology (the color and shape of colony,whether yield gas or not,having the transparent circle in the inorganic phosphate medium or not).On the basis,those kinds of nitrogen-fixing bacteria could be further identified by their colonial characteristics.
