摘要 从 pH值、叶绿素a含量、A674值和类胡萝卜素含量 4个方面系统比较了 6种培养基对雨生红球藻F71 2生长的影响 ,从中选择出较适合于雨生红球藻F71 2生长的培养基SM。 Comparison on the difference of the growth of Haematococcus pluvialis-F712 on six kinds of media on pH, A 674 and the contents of chlorophy-a and carotenoid showed that SM medium was more suitable for F712 than others.
