中国老年人住房与环境状况分析

The Old People's Housing and Environment in China

随着我国人口老龄化的发展 ,老年人住房状况有了较大的变化 ,他们对住宅、环境的要求也越来越高。他们希望住宅、环境的设计更能人性化 ,更适合他们身心健康的特殊需要。本文分析了老年人居住的环境、住宅内外空间以及设备的选配 ,应该从老年人的心理、生理的角度 ,充分照顾到老年人特点 ,为老年人创造一个舒适、安全。

With population aging in China, the housing condition of the old people has had a big change. Moreover, the old people have more demands for housing condition. They hope the design of housing to be customer-driven. This paper thinks that th e design of housing environment and equipments should consider the characteristi cs of the old people, therefore build up a more comfortable, safe and convenient housing and living environment for the old people.
