A survey on the mental health level of 1088 middle school students

本文采用 SCL—90和生活事件量表对1088名中学生进行了调查,SCL—90结果显示强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、偏执是中学生常见的心理不良反应。回归分析发现与中学生心理不良反应有关的主要生活事件有20项,主要来自家庭和学校管教过严、担心升学失败、失恋等方面的紧张性事件,这些紧张性生活事件是中学生心理卫生咨询和干预的重点。

With SCL—90 and Life Event Scale,1008 middle school students were investigat-ed.The SCL—90 results demonstrated that obsessive—compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,and paranoid idea were among common psychological distress in those middle school students.Ina regressive analysis,20 items of life events were found to be related to the psychological distress ofthem.Based on these findings,the strategy of psychological counseling and intervention for middleschool student were discussed
