摘要
以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂 ,异丁烯为烷化剂 ,在固定床连续反应器中研究了苯酚烷基化反应合成 2 ,4 二叔丁基苯酚的反应工艺 .结果表明 :当异丁烯保持一定的投料比且苯酚以一定的空速通过催化剂床层时 ,反应可以顺利进行 .催化剂可以连续稳定运行约 4 2 0h ,苯酚转化率≥ 98.0 % ,2 ,4 二叔丁基苯酚的反应收率≥ 6 5 .0 %
The synthesis process of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol was studied in a consecution fixed bed reactor , while isobutylene was used as alkylating agent and strong acidity positive ion exchange resin as catalyst. The result demonstrate that the reaction can be gone on successfully under a placid condition,while the mol ratio of isobutylene and phenol is maintained and phenol is feeded in reactor with steadiness space velocity. The conversion ratio of phenol≥98.0%, and the yield of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol≥68.0%.
