解决女大学生就业难的问题,首先应该从根本上改变社会特别是女大学生自己对女性的传统认识,才能使女大学生在自身发展、社会参与和成就追求中与男生享有同等的机会。因此,在高等院校开设女性学系列课程,对于女大学生树立正确的性别意识和观念,引导她们正确地对待人生、事业和家庭,实现自身价值,有十分重要的意义。同时,对于男大学生改变传统的性别意识和观念,消除社会上的性别歧视和不良倾向,也有十分重要的作用。

To solve the problem of employment difficulty, both the society and female college students themselves first must change their traditional attitude towards the gender. It is of great significance to set up a series of courses in female study so as to help female college students form a correct gender consciousness and perspective in viewing their life, career and family and hence achieve self-fulfillment. Likely, it also helps male college students change their traditional attitude and clear up sexual discrimination and ill inclinations.
