校企联合办学现状分析及模式探讨

The Current Situation and Patterns of School-Enterprise Joint Operations

职业学校与企业联合办学,是学校培养实用性合格人才的新模式,也是学校教学改革的重要举措和发展方向。笔者根据山东省中医药学校近几年的实践经验及调查情况,得出结论:校企联合办学,可以达到优势互补、校企双赢的目的。

Running a school jointly by a vocational school and an enterprise is a new pattern for the school to bring up practical and qualified students. It is also an important act and developing trend in teaching reform. Based on the practical experience of Shandong School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and relevant investigations in recently years, this paper concludes: School-enterprise joint operation is a win-win benefit to both parties.
