糙米直链淀粉含量透射式近红外定标方程的建立 被引量:7

摘要 收集直链淀粉含量变幅较大的水稻材料265份,探讨用1255型透射式近红外(NIT)分析仪和WinIsI Ⅱ软件建立糙米直链淀粉定标方程的可行性。结果表明,糙米直链淀粉近红外测定值与化学法测定值之间有较高的相关性和较低的误差,建立了较好参数的定标方程,交叉验证相关系数0.821;方程定标误差1.822;预测盲样标准误差1.957,实现了快速、无损评价糙米直链淀粉含量,提高水稻品质育种效率。 The feasibility of building calibration equation of amylose content in brown rice was studied by near infreared transmission of model 1255 and soft WinIsI Ⅱ and by using 256 rice samples with broad range of amylose content. The results showed that there had high correlation and low error between near infreared value and lab value. The parameters of equation which has been built were excellent, 1 - VR = 0. 821, Sec = 1.822, SecV = 1. 957. It could improve efficiency of rice quality breeding and quickly detect samples undisturbed.
