摘要
运用交通瓶颈模型的思想,分别对共用线路与平行线路条件下的出行方式分布进行分析。分析考虑到两个方面,一是公交方式输送能力的限制,提出了拥挤风险费用;二是私人小汽车与公交方式的相互干扰,使模型更加符合实际情况。通过寻找出行者选择不同交通方式的成本平衡点,得到不同情况下的需求分布。其次,对两种不同条件下的排队等待时间与拥挤风险费用的特性进行分析。最后,给出一个简单的算例。
This paper firstly analyzes and extends modal split problem for a mixed traffic route and parallel routes with a bottleneck. The extensions are in two aspects, one considering the restriction of transit capacity and putting forward congestion risk cost, the other treating the disturbance between private cars and transit. Through studying the equilibrium of costs incurred on individuals, we investigate modal split under various tolling schemes such as notoll, static toll and dynamic toll. Secondly, this paper analyzes wait time and congestion risk cost under different conditions. Finally, it puts forward a simple case to explain the model.
