摘要
目的:研究三氧化二砷(As2O3)对人胃癌细胞凋亡相关基因的影响,探讨其抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法:As2O3作用于体外培养的人胃癌细胞株,运用免疫组化技术检测p53、bcl-2、bax基因编码蛋白。结果:经As2O3作用的人胃癌细胞p53、bcl-2基因表达水平降低,bax基因表达水平增加。结论:As2O3可能通过多种途径诱导胃癌细胞凋亡。
Objective:To study the mechanisms of arsenic trioxide(As2O3) inducing apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells by detecting expression of apoptosis related gene. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein levels of gene p53、bcl-2、bax. Results: As2O3 induced the decreasing of p53、bcl-2 expression and increasing of bax expression. Conclusion: As2O3 probably induces apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells by regulating the expression of different apoptosis related genes.
