关节镜下治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折

Arthroscopic treatment for fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children

目的 探索膝关节镜下治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的治疗和手术体会。方法 总结关节镜下治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折 2 3例。结果 术后X线片显示所有骨折复位满意 ,随访 18例 ,随访时间 6月～ 3年 6月 ,平均 1年 10个月 ,所有患者膝关节活动度正常 ,其中 1例合并半月板损伤患者虽行半月板部分切除 ,膝关节屈伸时偶有弹响 ,但无交锁 ,所有患者未见明显创伤性关节炎。结论 关节镜下治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折具有微创特点 ,操作简单 ,固定可靠 ,创伤小 ,是治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的一种新方法。

Objective:Researching arthroscopic treatment for avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children.Methods:Through summarizing the experience of arthroscopic treature for avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in 23 children.Results:After the operation,the X-ray indicated that all patients were corrected dislocation well;Eighteen patients were followed up from six months to three years and six months,average one year and ten months.The range of motion of all patients' knee joints was normal.One of all patients whose meniscus was injured underwent partly menisectomy,and his knee joint occasionally gave off sound when moving,but never locked.All patients didn't get the traumatic arthritis.Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment for avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children have some advanced characters,such as minimal trauma,simply operation,and stably fixation.So it is a new way to treat avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children.
