氨酪酸、谷氨酸脱羧酶与胃癌关系的研究

摘要 氨酪酸 (GABA)是一种哺乳动物中枢神经系统重要的抑制性神经递质。近年来的研究表明 ,GABA还广泛存在于外周组织 ,包括胃肠道。除了作为胃肠神经递质 ,还有可能作为一种胃肠激素 ,参与胃内细胞间信息的传递和调控 ,抑制胃癌的发生。谷氨酸脱羧酶 (GAD)是合成GABA的主要限速酶。作者拟对GABA、GAD与胃癌的关系作一综述。 aminobutyric acid(GABA) is a principal inhibitory neurotransmitter in the mammalian central nervous system(CNS). In recent years,some studies have demonstrated that GABA is also present in various peripheral tissues,including the gastrointestinal tract. GABA acts as a gut hormone in addition to its role as an enteric neurotransmitter,which involves in the transport and regulation of intracellular information in stomach. Therefore,it inhabits development and growth of gastric cancer. Glutamic acid decarboxylase(GAD) is a major GABA synthesizing enzyme. This review will narrate the relationship between GABA,GAD and gastric cancer.
