A Study of Salt Industry and Immigrants' Culture in the Three Gorges during the Periods of the Three Kingdoms, Wei, Jin and, the Northern and Southern Dynasties

三国魏晋南北朝时期,三峡地区井盐业由于战争与移民的推动而有了进一步的发展,并促进了该地区经济与文化的发达,从峡江流域城镇建设与变迁的状况即可窥知这一点。从文化视角看,由战争所导致的连续不断的移民活动反而使中原、荆楚、巴蜀三大文化在该地区发生了意想不到的大碰撞、大融合,其中,盐业经济则起着十分重要的支撑作用。

During the Periods of the Three Kingdoms, Wei, Jin and, the Northern and Southern Dynasties, because of the promotion of warfare and immigrant, salt industry in the area of the Three Gorges was farther developed and it in reverse pushed the development of economy and culture. From the construction and change of the towns beside the river, we can find it. From the angle of cultural view, uninterrupted migration resulting in warfare made three great cultures of Zhongyuan, Jinchu and Bashu impacting and mixing each other. Among them, salt played an very important role.
