摘要
学校管理中的人文管理是以"人"为管理的核心,力争把教师塑造成为德才兼备的有创造力的人才,把学生培养成为品学兼优的有创新能力的人才,并以此作为学校教育教学工作的目标。本文针对科学化管理在中学教育教学中的一些弊端,提出了在教育教学工作中实行人文管理的建议与对策。
Human being is the core of the management in the humane management among the school management. It aims to shape the teachers into creative persons with ability and moral integrity, and shape the students into sound personality and moral integrity as well as creative talented persons. This is the goal of the teaching work of scholastic education. This passage is to the question of the malpractice of the scientific management to the education in the middle school. We bring forward the suggestion and stratigies of humane managements in the course of education.
