机遇与挑战——网络时代青少年学生的心理健康教育

Opportunity and Challenge——On the Education of Mental Health for Youngsters Students of Internet Age

网络是一把双刃剑。一方面为青少年学生心理健康教育提供了前所未有的机遇,它不仅拓展了时空、丰富了资源、增强了预警,而且还大大提高了效率;另一方面对青少年学生心理健康教育也提出了严峻的挑战,它易引起青少年学生心理焦虑、道德沦丧、性心理畸型和人际互动障碍等问题。为此,提出了在教育青少年学生正确对待网上信息,引导他们克服网络依赖倾向的同时,既要利用网络的有利条件,深入开展青少年学生心理健康教育;又要通过加强校园网的建设与管理,努力缩小网络对青少年学生心理健康的不利影响等对策。

The internet is a two edged sword. For one thing, it has provided unprecedented chances for the education of mental health for younger students. On the part of the education of mental health for younger students, it not noly extends time and space, richens the resources and intensifies the precaution, but also improves the efficiency. For another, the education of mental health for younger students is confonted with new problems caused by the internet, because the internet is likely to cause younger students' psychological anxiety, moral decay, sexual psychological misshape, human interaction block and so on. As a result, this article points out that we should both make the most use of the advantages of the internet, further the education of mental health for younger students and try to reduce the bad influence on their mental health by intensifying the management of the school's internet on the basis of training younger students to have a correct attitude towards the information on the internet, and overcome the internet dependence.
