南昌要建造花园城市,打造现代制造业基地,强力打造南昌文化名片,对于振奋人们精神,提高城市品位,改善投资环境,加快发展具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。主要应从六方面下功夫:大力发掘历史文化;潜心发展区域文化;努力创新现代文化;用好用足革命文化牌;大力加强对外文化交流;大力提高市民文化素质。

To build Nanchang into a garden-city,construct the modern manufacturing base in it and make great efforts to establish a brand famous for Nanchang culture——this is of important practical or immediate significance and profound historic one in inspiring peoples enthusiasm,raising the citys grade,improving the environment for investment and speeding up its development.We should concentrate our efforts mainly on the six following aspects:making great efforts to explore historic culture,developing local culture with great concentration,actively bringing forth new ideas in modern culture,making full use of the revolutionary culture brand,devoting major efforts to enhancing external cultural exchange and trying hard to improve cultural quality of the local citizens.
