摘要 目的 研究氯化汞对小鼠精子数量和精子畸形率的影响。方法 以 0 .2 5mg/kg、0 .5mg/kg、1mg/kg氯化汞腹腔注射 4周龄清结级雄性小鼠 ,3天一次 ,共 1 0次。染毒 5 0天处死 ,观察附睾精子密度和精子畸形率。结果  0 .5mg/kg、1mg/kg组附睾精子密度显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。 3种浓度氯化汞组精子畸形率均显著增高 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1 )结论  0 .5mg/kg、1mg/kg浓度的氯化汞处理小鼠引起精子生成障碍 ,0 .2 5mg/kg、0 .5mg/kg。 Objective To study the effect of lower concentration mercuric chloride on sperm number and deformity of epididymides in male mice.Methods The mercuric chloride whose concentrations were 0.25mg/kg, 0.5mg/kg and 1mg/kg was intraperitoneally given to mice once per 3 days for 10 times whose age was 4 weeks. The sperm densities and deformity of epididymides were observed on 50th after mice were poisoned.Results The sperm densities reduced significantly in both groups whose concentrations were 0.5mg/kg and 1mg/kg (\%P\%<0.05). The rates of deformity increased significantly in all three groups (\%P\%<0.05,\%P\%<0.001).Conclusion Mercuric chloride whose concentrations were 0.5mg/kg and 1mg/kg could lead to sperm formation disturbance, while, that whose concentrations were 0.25mg/kg, 0.5mg/kg and 1mg/kg could lead to sperm deformity.
