摘要
“失信”浊流已经严重危及社会主义市场经济的良性运作和健康发展 ,为了更快更好地发展社会主义市场经济 ,实现中华民族的伟大复兴 ,必须对“失信”的行为加以限制、消解 ,并建构起与现代市场经济相适应的诚信规则。必须从诚信的经济人格生成的基础性和制度性要素两方面入手 ,来匡正市场主体的行为。
The lost of credit has seriously endangered the operation and development of Chinese market economy,and for the better developing of it,we must control and clear up the actions of credit lost,besides construct the rules of honest and credit adapted the modern market economy.The basic and institutional factors for the growth of economic character are two ways started with.
