摘要
管理的任务不是维持传统和现状,创新是管理的必要手段和灵魂。推动企业管理创新,关键在于建立一种完整的、有效的机制,这种机制主要包括四个子系统,即内在动力机制、压力机制、保证机制、激励机制。
The task of management is not to keep tradition and the present situation. We need innovation which is a necessary means and soul of management. The key to improve enterprise management innovation is to build a whole and effective mechanism, which includes four subsystems, namely, inside motive mechanism, pressure mechanism guarantee mechanism and stimulating mechanism.
