江泽民全面阐述了依法治国的本质规定和核心内容,明确提出了建设社会主义法治国家是社会主义市场经济的要求、依法治国要和以德治国结合起来、依法治国必须坚持党的领导等重要法治思想。
This paper mainly discusses JIANG Ze-min's law thought, thinking that JIANG Ze-min fully expounds the essence rule and core content of legally ruling a nation. It proceeds to think that it is the demand of socialism market economy to construct a law nation. Meanwhile, legally ruling a nation must stick to the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. Morality and law should work hand in hand to run a country.
