双邻指皮瓣治疗重度指屈曲瘢痕挛缩

DOUBLE ADJACENT-FINGER SKIN FLAP IN THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE CICATRICIAL CONTRACTURE OF FINGERS

作者应用双邻指皮瓣加双瘢痕瓣,使重度屈曲瘢痕挛缩手指得到完善松解的同时创面得以良好覆盖。随访证实其外形良好,无后期挛缩,并能获得部分感觉。对供瓣指功能无影响,是一种简便可靠的治疗方法。1987年以来治疗4例,功能恢复满意。

Double adjacent-finger skin flap could be used to treat severe cicatricial contracture of fingers with resultant complete release of contracture and good coverage of raw surface. From the follow-up, it was noted that the appearance of the fingers following treatment looked nice, no recurrence of contracture in the late stage, and partial sensation of the fingers could be recovered as well. It had no ill-effect on the donor fingers, The method was simple and reliable,from 1987, a total of 4 cases had been done, and the functional recovery was satisfactory.
