摘要
防水是地下结构的关键问题,而隧道管片是地下防水的最后一道防线,必须在生产阶段进行防裂。对某地铁隧道衬砌管片生产养护过程中出现的裂缝进行分析,提出解决方案,在现场对衬砌管片的标准块做防裂试验,用有限元方法模拟试验瞬态温度场,与实测的部分点的温度进行对比,效果吻合较好,说明用一定温度的水对高温管片进行内外温差控制可以控制裂缝的产生,不仅为建立准确的温控提供数值保障,也为后续的温度场与结构裂缝分析的耦合计算奠定基础。
Waterproof is main problem of underground engineering.Tunnel segment is the most important defence to water.The crack must be controlled strictly.And the crack of tunnel liner segment in the process of production and protection is analyzed.A practical project is designed to solve the problem and transient temperature finite element method is used to simulate the project.And it is compared with measured temperature in situ.The result is accepted.Theorical guarantee is etabilished to form accurate temperature control.This method to control the difference between core and surface concrete temperature is effective to avoid the crack.Waterproof problem of underground engineering will be well assured.And it is used to calculate thermal and structural couple..
