摘要
采用电控节气门配合发动机ECU工作,可以调节发动机扭矩输出,根据不同工况变化动态调整加速踏板到节气门的传递函数,有效降低油耗和排放,优化驾驶性能。同时,在混合动力电动汽车上,它作为可量化控制发动机扭矩输出的有效途径,在动力总成控制中起相当重要的作用。本文研究了电控节气门的结构和驱动原理,设计了控制硬件和软件,开发完成了一种发动机电控节气门控制器。对其控制效果进行了测试,并和Bosch的控制效果进行了对比,另外,将控制器安装于发动机上,进行了台架试验。试验证明,使用该控制器可以实现对发动机扭矩输出的控制。该控制器已经应用于研究阶段中的混合动力电动汽车车用发动机的扭矩控制中。
Accompanied with the ECU,applying an Electronic Throttle Controller (ETC) on the internal combustion engine can guarantee better control of the power supplied by the engine,which agree manufacturers enhance driver's experience,reduce fuel consumption and emissions by dynamically adjusting pedal to throttle position transfer function in response to changes in driving conditions.Additionally,ETC system is very important in the development of Hybrid Electronic Vehcles.This paper studies the structure and driver electronics of ETC system,designs the hardware and software of an Engine Electronic Throttle Controller,tests its transient response,and provides the test result on dynamic Engine test bed.which shows the applicability of the controller of controlling the torque supplied by the engine.This controller has been used in the torque controlling on the development of an Hybrid Electric Vehicle..
