摘要
本文简述了公路交通运输领域超限、超载的概念以及有关国家法律、法规、技术标准对此类问题的规定,介绍了超限、超载的现状及其危害性,重点分析了对于车辆使用安全、技术性能的影响与原因,并对今后的治理与预防提出了建议。
This paper introduces the concept about the over-size and over-load of vehicle in road transport and some requirements of the laws,regulations and standards,with the current status and risks disussed,focusing on analysis of their impact on vehicle safety and the causes.Preventive and control measures are proposed..
