应激性溃疡修复时大鼠胃壁细胞泌酸功能及超微结构的改变 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨应激性溃疡 (SU)修复时大鼠胃壁细胞泌酸功能及超微结构的动态变化。方法 采用水浸 -束缚应激 (WRS)大鼠模型 ,随机分为对照组、应激组及应激后 2 4、 4 8、 72h五组 ,检测胃液pH值、胃黏膜溃疡指数 (UI)和H+ ,K+ ATP酶活性 ,观察胃黏膜组织学变化及壁细胞超微结构改变。结果 应激后各组胃液pH值较应激组显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,而UI和H+ ,K+ ATP酶活性下降 (P <0 0 1和 0 0 5 ) ,溃疡逐渐修复 ,电镜下壁细胞呈静息状态。结论 SU修复时壁细胞泌酸功能的恢复与超微结构的改变相一致 。 Objective To demonstrate the changes of function and ultrastructure of gastric parietal cells during of stress ulcer in rats. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into normal, stress,and 24h, 48h, 72h post-stress groups. Water immersion-restraint stress ( WRS )model in SD rats was performed. The pH value of gastric juice, ulcer index ( UI ) of gastric mucosa,and H +,K +-ATPase activity of gastric parietal cells were measured. The histologicalchanges of gastric mucosa and ultrastructure of parietal cells were observed. Results Compared with stress group, the pH value increased significantly (P <0.01 ).UI and H +,K +-ATPase activity decreased ( P <0.01 and 0.05 ) at 24h, 48h and 72h groups after stress. Gradual healing of stress ulcer was observed and ultrastructure of parietal cells recovered to restingstate under TEM.Conclusion The recovery of acid secretion function of parietal cells is in accordance with its ultrastructure change during healing of stress ulcer in rats. These findings suggests that gastric acid may play an important role in the healing of stress ulcer.
