Design of Information System Based on MS. NET and Application in Property Management

21世纪是信息世纪,各行各业的管理都信息化,采用C/S模式下的传统物业管理方式,已无法适应房地产业的发展和不断扩大的服务的需要。因此,为适应物业管理发展的需要,跟踪目前先进的计算机技术,提出了采用微软.NET技术的信息系统解决方案,并将其运用在西安紫薇城市花园物业管理信息系统的开发中。

In property management, the traditional information system based on the structure of Client/Server( C/S) does not adapt the development of real estate and the extend of services. Therefore, we bring forward a new structure of information system based on MS. NET. In this paper, we first depict the design of this new structure, then using this design we introduce the exploitation of the property management information system of Xi' an Ziwei City Garden.
