摘要
经济国界的逐渐消失并未消除不同文化的差异性,跨文化管理成为企业管理研究中的新焦点。本文从跨文化交际视角出发,阐释了企业管理中的跨文化沟通,分析了企业管理中跨文化沟通表现的4个层面,并在此基础上提出了构建我国企业跨文化沟通体系的建议。
Though economic frontier is disappearing,cultural difference still exists .Therefore,intercul-tural management becomes a new focus in the research of e nterprise management.The paper is to,from the perspective of intercultural com munication,explore the intercultural communication of enter-prise management, analyze the four presenting facets of intercultural communication,and further t o put forward the inspiration of constructing the system of intercultural commun ication of Chinese enterprises.
