摘要
通过对宁夏大学男生中长跑运动负荷量的研究,探讨了高校中长跑教学中运动负荷的控制方法,阐明如何安排 大学生中长跑课的运动量及学生相应的生理、生化等机体反应,提出中长跑课合理运动负荷的阈值。
This paper makes a research on the exercise amount in teaching mid - length and long run of male students in Ningxia university . It aims at finding out some ways to control the exercise amount in attempt to give a scientific account for the physiological and bio -chemical responses. By analyzing and comparing the feedbacks, it puts forward a tentative approach of exercise control.
